About Our Client

Our client is a start-up within the beauty space. With a team of 15 across the UK, US and Dubai, they are now looking for a SNAM / Channel Head to drive UK sales growth across both existing and new accounts.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Actively prospect and win new business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing either Boots or Superdrug at national level
  • Ideally experience selling mass beauty brands
  • Excited by SMEs and start-ups, hunter mentality
  • A background in beauty or similar industry
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills
  • Able to be in London 3 days a week
