We're looking for a Senior Planner to join our Southern Build Team based in one of our offices in the Southern region.

Location: South East England, flexible / hybrid working available

Contract: Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Planner, you will work within the Construction Delivery and Pre-Construction Teams to provide planning expertise at both tender and delivery stages of projects ranging from £10M to £100M in value. The Senior Planner will oversee complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended according to project needs.

Your day-to-day tasks include:

• Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues
• Gathering progress information and identifying areas of concern during planning
• Creating, monitoring, and updating workable construction programmes
• Advising on and providing planning expertise across projects

Who are we looking for?

This role of Senior Planner is ideal if you:

• Have construction planning experience within the contractor environment
• Have a solid history of working on tenders and projects valued between £20M and £80M
• Are experienced with Asta and Microsoft Project software
• Have planning experience within the main contracting sector
• Possess strong knowledge of NEC contract conditions and their impact on planning
