An established multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a Senior Planning Consultant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of projects in renewable energy, Net Zero infrastructure, residential, and commercial sectors. The company offers strong mentorship, project ownership, and the chance to be part of a supportive and collaborative national planning team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare planning applications and supporting documents
• Conduct site appraisals, feasibility reviews, and policy research
• Prepare discharge of Planning Condition submissions
• Liaise with clients, LPAs, and attend site visits across the UK
• Prepare Environmental Statements (EIA)

Requirements

• Experience in a planning role (consultancy preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience completing planning statements and project management
• MRTPI status
• UK driving licence
