What you will do:
Manage and carry out complex casework, primarily focusing on child protection and court-related matters
Support and guide less experienced team members, fostering an environment of learning and development
Engage with children, families, and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes
Develop and implement care plans while maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with multi-agency teams to protect and support vulnerable children
