Overview

Senior Product Designer to play a key role in the product team in London. Focus on taking ownership of the end-to-end design process for internal facing tools and products, collaborating with the Staff Product Designer and Director of Product Design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for internal facing data tools and products, from research and ideation to prototyping, experimentation, and user testing.
  • Define and deliver design work within an Agile, cross-functional squad, partnering with product, market research, and engineering teams to create seamless user journeys.
  • Plan and evaluate design discovery, evolve the design system for scalability, and iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Balance data-driven decision making with innovative design approaches to ensure experiences meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to shaping a high-impact design culture within a growing company.

What you need to bring

  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering user-centered interfaces for data-heavy internal tools that drive productivity and scalable data configuration/processing across systems.
  • AI and LLM fluency; comfortable designing for workflows powered by language models, prompts, and automated insights.
  • Strong UX/UI design expertise with solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset; ability to work with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, product, and data to drive results.
  • Experience conducting UX research and usability testing, interpreting qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Attitude aligned with company values: think big, ask why, and show respect to everyone.

Interview steps

  2. First video interview with the hiring managers.
  3. Second (final) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with wider GWI community.
