What will I be doing?

• Lead the design of acquisition and servicing journeys across web and app platforms
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure FCA-aligned, user-friendly experiences
• Mentor and coach other designers, fostering growth and collaboration
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to product discovery and roadmap shaping
• Partner with research and insight teams to validate and iterate on designs
• Evolve and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency

What do I need?

• Strong experience within UX/UI design roles at a Senior level
• Proven experience in regulated B2C environments, ideally financial services
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design delivery across platforms
• Experience mentoring or coaching other designers
• Skilled in design thinking, product discovery, and agile methodologies
• Comfortable using tools like Figma, Miro, Zeplin, and data to inform decisions
