Overview

Senior Product Designer – GWI. Location: London. Hybrid, 1 day per week. Employment type: Permanent.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end design process in our user facing product – Platform.
  • Collaborate with the design team to define and lead design delivery from research and ideation to prototyping, experimentation, and user testing.
  • Work within an Agile, cross-functional squad with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and impactful user journeys.
  • Be flexible and comfortable with continuous change in a high-tempo environment as the company grows.

What you’ll bring

  • Hands-on experience designing and leading user-centered delivery of Conversational and AI-powered experiences that drive engagement and retention.
  • Strong expertise in UX/UI design with solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and responsive design.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset; ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Attitude: big thinking, curiosity to improve, and respectful collaboration at all levels.

Interview steps

  • Preliminary phone call with the Talent Team (no video required).
  • First video interview with the hiring managers.
  • Second (final) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with members of the wider GWI community.
  • Additional stages may be included as part of the process.
