This role is for a Senior Product Manager in the B2B team, responsible for shaping the strategic future of the B2B app to serve enterprise-scale needs (multi-domain and multi-language support) and drive functionality for complex, high-value use cases. You will work with existing teams to elevate feature sets to enterprise standards and deliver innovations to our largest customers.

As part of a cross-functional product squad, you will define new problem spaces and steer product evolution in a fast-changing technology landscape.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Lead cross-functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for complex products.
  • Own long-term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to identify strategic opportunities and define new product visions.
  • Drive decision-making by setting clear priorities and using quantitative and qualitative data to measure success.
  • Communicate product strategy, status updates, and risks to executive leadership and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Cultivate connections across sales, marketing, and customer service to lead change and promote product-focused mindsets across the enterprise.
  • Inspire and mentor teams to achieve high performance and a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Who You Are

  • Significant product management experience in agile teams with a track record of delivering digital products and business impact.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, including strategy, roadmaps, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and stakeholders without direct authority in cross-functional settings.
  • Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction and product development.
  • Ability to define and track key performance indicators and measures of achievement.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform products and user experiences.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a long-term vision.
