As a Senior Product Manager in the B2B team, you will help businesses build trust, grow, and improve through Trustpilot. This role will define the strategic future of the B2B app (businessapp.b2b.trustpilot.com/) to create a modern, cohesive experience for customers and drive functionality for complex, high-value enterprise use cases, including multi-domain and multi-language support at Enterprise scale. You will work with existing teams to elevate feature sets to Enterprise standards and bring your ideas to some of our largest customers.

You will operate in a cross-functional product squad, driving innovation and evolution in a world where consumer decision-making technologies evolve rapidly, by defining new, ambiguous problem spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead cross-functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for complex products
  • Take ownership of long-term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing products
  • Prioritize new features and enhancements using robust product management frameworks
  • Conduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to identify strategic opportunities and define new product visions
  • Drive decision-making by setting clear priorities and using data (quantitative and qualitative) to measure success
  • Communicate product strategy, status updates, and potential risks to executive leadership and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment across the business
  • Cultivate connections between sales, marketing, and customer service to lead change and promote product-focused mindsets across the enterprise
  • Inspire and mentor teams to achieve high performance and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

Who You Are

  • Significant product management experience in agile teams with a track record of driving business impact and delivering digital products
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, including long-term strategy, roadmaps, and agile methods
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction
  • Skilled in defining and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievement
  • Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform products and user experiences
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a long-term vision
