• We believe all revenue is moving towards monthly payments. People pay for more and more ‘stuff’ with a subscription, from cars to music. Dentists and vets are well positioned to benefit due to the strong, recurring relationships with patients.

Today, we support over 5,000 dental practices across the UK. 100 more join our platform every month. Tabeo is the dominant market leader for patient finance and seeks to be the same for plans in 3 years.

Tabeo is profitable. We seek to grow revenue by 50-60% per year and top £30 million per year in 2028.

Requirements

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us! We currently have two cross-functional product teams, and hope to add a third in 2025.This role will be focused on Tabeo’s Plans offering - we aim to sign up and manage over 1 million patients/members for our customers in the next 3 years.

We’re ambitious, and have many interesting strategic and technical challenges ahead of us. Here’s a snapshot of what you might work on:

• Facilitating bulk transfers and large enterprise deals where customers migrate of away from incumbent legacy provider. You should expect to play a key role in these projects, particularly in helping the Customer Success team facilitate a seamless bulk transfer and new tools / features.
• Aligning Plans with Tabeo’s multi-product strategy: we enable our customers to offer patient’s finance, card and monthly direct debit payments (Plans), but the user experience for these is still partially segregated.
• We’d like to design and deliver an experience that brings all our products together for our customers.
• Optimising the product: you’ll need to work closely with our data and finance teams to understand how we might drive more users to the Plans product and increase conversion, while monitoring our risk levels

You should apply if:

• You have extensive experience as a Product Manager within fintech, particularly if you have experience working with lending products and/or in a regulated environment
• You are technically literate, and are able to confidently discuss complex technical projects with engineers
• You are skilled at managing the full product lifecycle, from concept through to successful launch and iteration.
• You have a proven track record of scaling products in a fast-growth environment
• You are data-literate, able to self serve data or work directly with analysts to get access to the data you need
• You have experience working directly with C-level stakeholders and are confident communicating updates across the business through a variety of channels
