Senior Product Manager role at Duel Tech. We are building a category-defining, community-driven product in the Brand Advocacy space.

Location: London, Hybrid
Salary range: £80,000 - £85,000
Reporting to: VP of Technology

Responsibilities

  • Create, own, and communicate a coherent squad strategy – defining the key levers the squad will use to achieve its objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, data science, and customer success to build and maintain a backlog of high-confidence, well-scoped opportunities aligned to the squad’s strategy.
  • Conduct customer interviews and market research to understand impactful problems and analyse competitor approaches.
  • Design and run tactical experiments to test and validate solutions.
  • Efficiently build and ship high-quality features with monitoring, support, and documentation for adoption.
  • Run the squad’s sprints and ceremonies to maintain a healthy cadence and velocity.
  • Deliver measurable impact on key metrics that contribute to the company’s commercial goals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience leading product squads in a Series A–B, product-first startup environment.
  • Familiarity with MarTech, community-driven, or loyalty-based platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with brand success and implementation teams to plan migrations to a new platform.
  • Strong ability to dive deep into user experiences post-MVP and prioritise improvements.
  • Strong roadmap planning skills balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Driven by results with tangible impact, including increased Gross Advocate Value and engagement.
  • Able to shape a forward-looking 2026 product roadmap with senior leaders and brand stakeholders.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, referencing customer needs throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ability to connect day-to-day decisions with high-level commercial objectives and make tough prioritisation calls.
  • Strong stakeholder management, keeping teams aligned throughout the product journey.
  • Data-driven decision making with regular metric analysis and insights.
  • Delivery-focused, able to lead the squad through successful sprints from planning to release.
