We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product innovation, shape market positioning, and drive business growth. This role involves leveraging market trends, customer insights, and system performance data to craft impactful strategies that align with Knauf’s overarching business objectives.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. We’re a flexible employer, offering the opportunity to work from home & our Sittingbourne office.

What you'll be doing:

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyse sector trends, competitor portfolios, and system performance to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop category and product strategies aligned with business goals, market intelligence, and customer feedback.
  • Drive new product development (NPD) and product extensions to meet market demands and sustainable revenue targets.

Customer Engagement & Insights

  • Build customer frameworks to identify unmet needs and opportunities, leveraging insights to justify NPD and portfolio enhancements.

Portfolio Management & Planning

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and phase-out, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct annual range reviews, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage product imports to achieve portfolio goals.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Analyse portfolio performance by customer, sector, and KPIs, managing pricing, margins, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work with Technical, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure accurate product literature, effective campaigns, and market recognition.
  • Maintain robust document control in line with CCPI principles.

What we'd love for you to have:

  • CIM Marketing or business qualification.
  • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns (construction, manufacturing, or B2B preferred).
  • Competent user ofCRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) anddigital tools (LinkedIn,Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, email platforms).
  • Data interpretation, budget management, ROI calculation experience.
  • Experience working with sales, product, and specification teams; strong project management and communication skills.
  • Influence change, build relationships, and network confidently.
  • Team player with a customer-centric approach
