What’s Yonder?

“It's as if Time Out, Amex and Monzo had a baby” - Will T, Yonder Member

We’re building the financial membership of the future. One that works for how you live now. Not how your parents banked in the ‘90s.

Yonder combines credit and debit in one membership, designed to be fair, flexible, and actually enjoyable to use. No confusing terms. No dusty points system. Just rewards that actually feel rewarding - from bao to beer to a boarding pass.

We raised £23.4M in September 2024 to grow the team, launch even better rewards, and expand beyond the UK.

Sounds cool. So what’s my part in this?

There are broadly 4 squads in Yonder

  • Growth/Activation: Focuses on getting activated new members
  • Risk & Defence: Ensures we’re protecting our customers and business against bad actors
  • Member Value: Ensures that we drive members to make Yonder their main account
  • Rewards: Ensures our members are getting breadth and depth of reward value through partners

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to come and join Yonder and help drive growth and member value. You’ll help build and expand our beautifully designed product that our members absolutely love.

You’ll get to work with the team helping build the financial membership of the future. You’ll be deeply involved in crafting the direction of the product roadmap and invest heavily in creating delightful customer experiences.

A bit about you:

  • You place customers first. You will have talked to many customers maybe even have created a community for feedback, collecting customer feedback (both qualitative and quantitative) & research are at the forefront of your thinking
  • You’re a scrappy operator. You’re not afraid to dive into Webflow to spin up a landing page, write a few lines of SQL to validate a hunch, or configure a Segment event.
  • You’re a full-stack product thinker. You’ve taken ideas from zero to one, iterated with engineers and designers, and shaped them into polished products that users love.
  • You think in bets. You know how to frame hypotheses, test them quickly, and double down when something’s working.
  • You collaborate deeply. You work brilliantly with engineers, designers, marketers, analysts, legal, operations and finance.
  • You care about impact, not output. You use data to prove product value (not just ship features), and you’re comfortable setting and owning metrics, OKRs, and product health
  • Attention to detail. You’re able to zoom in and obsess about small details that benefit customers.
  • You work like it’s 2025. AI tools are a natural extension of how you work - brainstorming with ChatGPT, spinning up concepts in Figma AI, generating SQL, summarising research.

Bonus

  • You’ve worked in early-stage or fast-growing teams
  • You’ve launched a product or significant feature end-to-end
  • You’ve worked in fintech, or on regulated products
  • You’ve done some kind of growth or retention work
