ITRS provides intelligent, unified monitoring that enables 4,500+ global clients to improve IT performance, resiliency and customer experience. Uptrends is our dedicated DEM product, built to help businesses monitor what truly matters—the end-user experience. With capabilities spanning legacy to cloud-native systems, we serve industries where IT performance is business-critical.
We are proud to be a Great Place to Work and value a diverse, innovative, and inclusive environment where people grow and make real impact.
Scope of Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the Uptrends product line - ITRS Group's cloud-based Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) solution. This is a unique opportunity to shape a product that helps businesses ensure performance and availability across web, cloud, and SaaS environments by monitoring the experience from the user's point of view.
You will report to our Chief Product Officer, whilst working from London HQ and you will be hybrid remote/in-office.
Responsibilities
- Develop the product strategy for Uptrends, covering core DEM capabilities such as RUM, STM, benchmarking, and real-time alerting, while ensuring alignment with ITRS's broader commercial goals.
- Lead the definition and prioritization of features that allow end-to-end visibility into SaaS application performance, customer journeys, and infrastructure paths—using both public and private monitoring agents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable stories with clear technical and business context.
- Drive innovation around optional DEM capabilities such as thick client monitoring, mobile SDK-based monitoring, internet path analysis, and integrations with APM and observability platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings in digital experience and performance monitoring, turning insights into product enhancements and differentiation.
- Support go-to-market activities, release communications, and sales enablement to position Uptrends effectively in the monitoring and observability ecosystem.
Requirements
To be successful, we will look for the following experience and behaviours:
- An interest in digital performance, end-user monitoring, and observability, with an understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud service architectures.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in a SaaS, DEM, or monitoring-focused environment.
- Technical foundation with the ability to understand and guide conversations around synthetic monitoring frameworks, RUM data analysis, agent deployment and telemetry.
- Ability to communicate value propositions, roadmap vision, and technical concepts across internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented product environment.

- Customer-Centric Development driven by real needs
- Agile Product Execution and Prioritization
- Data-Informed Decision-making
- Technical Depth in Monitoring/Telemetry
- Collaboration Across Product, Engineering & Go-To-Market Teams
- Market Awareness in DEM and Observability
