Senior Product Manager — Location: Central London – Hybrid (1 day per week in office). Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + excellent benefits.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Product Manager to join a leading digital platform business. This role is ideal for a hands-on product professional with a strong track record of delivery who’s ready to take ownership of product strategy, while mentoring a Product Owner and driving key strategic initiatives.

Recognising the risks associated with this, the business has reshaped its model around safety and safeguarding, investing heavily in technology, compliance, and expert personnel. They work closely with government, law enforcement, and charity organisations to ensure their platform is the safest and most trusted operator in this space.

The Role

• Lead the discovery, development, and delivery of high-impact product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure smooth, agile delivery.
• Own backlog management, sprint planning, and release schedules.
• Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics, user feedback, and market insights to shape the roadmap.
• Conduct user research to uncover insights that influence product direction.
• Present product updates and insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Mentor and guide a Product Owner, with a clear path to progressing into a Head of Product role within 1–2 years.

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in product management, programme management, or software development.
• Proven experience in shipping products and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect product work to business outcomes.
• Data-led decision maker with excellent analytical skills.
• Passionate about user research, discovery, and embedding customer insight into product design.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambitious, hands-on, and ready to step into a bigger role with scope for growth.
• Comfortable working in a platform that includes adult content, with a professional approach to safeguarding.
