Senior Product Manager - Retail - £625p/d (Inside IR35) – 3 months

A UK-leading retail client is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of their offer allocation and personalisation capabilities. This is a pivotal role within the Digital & Data team, focused on delivering high-impact, data-driven customer experiences through intelligent targeting, personalised offers, and loyalty innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of offer allocation and personalisation capabilities for the Retail business.
• Deliver high-impact, data-driven customer experiences through targeted, personalised offers and loyalty initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record working with data science or machine learning products.
• Strong background in retail environments.
• Experience in loyalty or personalisation (e.g., offer personalisation, product recommendations, or content targeting).
• Salesforce Loyalty experience is a strong plus.
