As a Senior Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing programs within the Control Systems (CS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

You will work under minimal supervision of our Senior Director, CS PMO to execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer Support.

You will lead and manage a portfolio of complex, global development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across global locations.

You will define, generate & implement program plans to ensure business case achievement and overall alignment with our strategic objectives. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for CS programs.

You will report directly to our Senior Program Director and work out of our Yeovil, UK site on a hybrid 3+ work schedule.

Control Systems (CS) SBU has a broad portfolio of highly differentiated products with leading positions on Air Transport & Regional (ATR), Business & General Aviation (BGA), Defense & Space (D&S) & the emerging segment Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) platforms. The CS business has a large installed base providing significant aftermarket service opportunities.

Our products and solutions are used by commercial airlines, business jet operators, defense organizations, space agencies and AAM operators around the world. As a Senior Program Manager within the CS SBU, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of our aerospace technology programs and contributing to the growth and competitiveness of Honeywell as we maintain our industry leadership position in the future of aviation
