Senior Programme Manager LTPA Maritime Portfolio

As a Portfolio Manager, you will own and manage the budget of one of our largest and most complex contracts with the MOD, the Long Term Partnership Agreement (LTPA) in our Maritime domain. You will be responsible for driving efficiencies, identifying cost‑savings and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure they embrace future change and champion the future journey of the LTPA Maritime Portfolio. Day‑to‑day, you’ll own the budget setting across various multiple maritime business units, operations, engineering and estates. Responsibilities
Owning the LTPA Maritime FCAC and risk budget, delivering financial forecasting and budgeting in line with the corporate timetable Identifying and driving cost savings and efficiencies across the LTPA Maritime sites to meet financial targets, working with business leaders to veer and haul Ensuring delivery against LTPA KPIs, and providing reporting to support LTPA Management Information and monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the LTPA customer Delivering to cost budget profiles Managing the interdependencies between programme areas, functions and sites
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in a business leadership role Significant experience of inspiring and developing cross‑functional teams Significant experience in building customer relationships at a senior level Previous experience delivering change APM Qualified or an equivalent professional accreditation
Working Conditions
This role is 37 hours per week based at one of our main UK locations. Hybrid working patterns are available. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites will be expected.
