Senior Project/ Account Manager

SOUP.WORLD — the in-house creative studio at NTS — is seeking a confident, organised, and experienced Senior Project/ Account Manager to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading the day-to-day management of 360° partnership and white-label creative projects. You’ll work closely with our Senior Project Director and Project Executive, reporting directly to the Global Director Creative Solutions who oversees the commercial division.

About You

You’re a natural organiser, problem-solver, and communicator, with a proven ability to bring clarity and structure to complex creative projects. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

You’re also a strategic thinker and a trusted partner to clients — capable of growing accounts in both creative output and commercial value. Your mindset is adaptable and forward-thinking; you're someone who anticipates challenges before they arise and approaches pressure with calm, creativity, and care.

You have excellent communication skills and feel confident articulating ideas, simplifying feedback, and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams. You understand client objectives while championing the creative and cultural identity of NTS. You’ve successfully delivered integrated, 360° campaigns — including live events at various scales — and you’re highly organised and detail-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality. Most importantly, you bring a positive, collaborative energy and a hands-on approach — you're a team player who’s always ready to get stuck in and help make great work happen.
