Overview

Senior Project Manager – Change & Transformation in London Market Insurance. 12-month fixed-term contract. £100,000 per annum + benefits. London office 2-3 times per week. Working with Lloyd's of London (re)insurers, Lloyds Syndicates and wider insurance businesses across the UK.

What you’ll do

• Manage scope, planning, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee rollout of Delegated Authority (DA) technology platforms and integration of bordereaux/coverholder systems.
• Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners.

What we’re looking for

• Strong Project/Change Management experience within London Market insurance.
• Proven knowledge of Delegated Authority operations, including bordereaux and coverholder management.
• Experience with bordereaux management systems (VIPR experience highly desirable).
• Ability to engage and influence at Executive level, balancing strategy with detail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and delivery focus.
