Responsibilities

• Generating and executing project plans. Revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Recognize the risk and determine the appropriate corrective action to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope. Monitor issues and risk response plan.


• Complete assigned projects effectively and efficiently; maintain a high level of proficiency by delivering high quality work on time; review own work and the work of others prior to completion.


• Partner strategically with assigned internal clients (i.e. stakeholder, sponsor) to support medium to complex short- and long-term projects, simultaneously.


• Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to provide stakeholders with the status of projects.


• Consistently and accurately review and maintain documentation to identify, evaluate, scope, plan, monitor, and follow up on active projects.


• Continually identify, assess, monitor, and communicate the issues and risks of a project/activity to the appropriate stakeholder.


• Operate in a self-directed manner, identifying and addressing risk mitigation, process improvement, and support needs affecting the successful delivery of project.


• Create and maintain project documentation.


• Working with leadership and other team members, develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.


• Identify and track project issues, providing regular status updates within the project team until resolved.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.


• Professional qualifications relating to Project Management such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile PM


• Demonstrable experience of successfully running projects in both the business and technology discipline


• Proven experience driving progress and change with limited resources


• Proficiency utilising project management software


• Excellent leadership, communication, conflict management, influence and collaboration skills


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure, with limited direction, and amid ambiguity


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams .
