About CTI

Join 150+ strategists and specialists who refuse to settle, creating bold digital experiences for ambitious brands since 2004. We are a full-service digital agency delivering strategic consultancy, web development, and digital marketing to drive demand online. We work with hundreds of clients from Chester Zoo and Zip World to Balfour Beatty and Mind, providing next-gen solutions and lasting partnerships.

We celebrate calculated risks, collaboration across departments, and continuous learning. You will have time and budget for development and will have accountability and autonomy over your work.

What you’ll be doing

As a Delivery Manager within our Build Delivery team, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of ambitious and complex website builds, digital transformation projects, and strategic initiatives across a wide range of high-value clients. You’ll work with the technical, strategic, QA and operations teams to ensure high standards of project performance through delivery assurance, risk management, and governance.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role with a direct impact on service quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. It’s an opportunity to embed yourself in the heart of the agency and help shape how we deliver ongoing value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery of large-scale, multi-faceted website projects from strategy and planning through execution and launch
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks to meet quality, budget, and timeline goals
  • Track service performance and contribute to regular performance reviews and reporting
  • Coordinate with the Resource Manager to arrange team resourcing and improve delivery operations
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across a portfolio of clients
  • Lead client meetings, covering project status reports, RAG status and RAID logs
  • Support a positive client experience through transparent communication
  • Support financial tracking and reporting across your delivery portfolio
  • Ensure projects stay within scope and contribute to portfolio profitability
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders with insight into delivery performance
  • Mentor junior members of the Delivery team on delivery excellence, risks and escalations
  • Contribute to delivery process improvements and collaborate with operations, finance, tech, QA, client services and growth

What experience you need to be successful

  • Excellent project management experience within an agency or digital services environment
  • Familiarity with managing multiple large-scale projects in parallel
  • Experience working on a multi-year Digital Transformation Programme
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-first approach
  • Confident handling of budgets, timelines, and competing priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and resourcing across departments
  • Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of service delivery KPIs
  • Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Adaptable, organised, and calm under pressure

What sets you apart

  • You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment
  • You love a plan but can pivot when priorities shift
  • You care deeply about client outcomes, not just ticking tasks off a list
  • You’re proactive about improvement – in yourself, your work, and the processes you work within
  • You bring a positive, team-oriented energy that raises the bar for everyone around you

What’s in it for you?

28 days annual leave, in addition to bank holidays. Hybrid-working - in the office twice a week. Workplace nursery scheme. Health cash plan. Cycle-to-work scheme. Flexible working hours. Employee well-being and mental health programme. Relaxed working environments - office dogs welcome. Company socials and lots of fun!
