Position: Senior Property Manager

Location: Hybrid (Bristol based portfolio)

Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 16:00 Friday

Salary: Competitive

Company: Hillcrest Estate Management, part of the Trinity Property Group, an Odevo Group Company. Hillcrest Estate Management focuses on Residential Block Management and has offices in Bristol and Essex.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all management aspects of developments within the portfolio.
  • Carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the Companies responsibilities are met.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed regularly.
  • Effectively manage the relationship with customers, respond to queries, build positive relationships with stakeholders, report to clients regularly, and attend meetings as required.
  • Work with customer-formed groups such as RAs, RMCs, RTMs, etc.
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
  • Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
  • Ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost-effective.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is adhered to.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years experience in the residential property management sector.
  • Ideally ATPI qualified.
  • A proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
  • Previous experience of contract management.
  • Client-focused, organised, self-motivated, with the ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
