Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Property Manager located in Seaford, East Sussex alongside remote working. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Key tasks include managing service contractors, preparing budgets, responding to client inquiries, conducting site visits, and working closely with leaseholders and the property assistants to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving to ensure properties are effectively managed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential block management (minimum 3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charge accounting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• MTPI qualification (or working towards) – ATPI essential
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence (site visits required)
