Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Old Oak Common Station, London
Salary: £69,000 + Car/Car Allowance
Job Type: Full Time - Hybrid

The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on multimillion-pound schemes (£1m-£10m) as part of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes.

This is an exciting chance to work on varied, high-profile projects - from landmark refurbishments to complex infrastructure upgrades - with the freedom to influence outcomes from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the commercial function on major NEC contracts

• Pricing project work and maintaining strict cost control

• Producing accurate forecasts of project cost to completion and final value

• Managing contractor relationships and engaging directly with clients & stakeholders

• Monitoring budgets, valuations, and cash flow to ensure timely applications

• Advising on procurement strategies and alternative contract arrangements

• Overseeing commercial risk, opportunities, and dispute resolution

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record with Tier 1 main contractors on large-scale projects

• NEC contract experience - essential

• Valid CSCS card

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience

• Professional membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB

• Eligible to work and live permanently in the UK
