About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to drive and elevate our internal hiring processes. As the face of internal talent acquisition, you will lead the development and execution of innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent across all departments.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands our company culture, has a strong internal network, and is passionate about helping teams grow with the right people in the right roles.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with two/three in-office days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the internal talent acquisition function with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain an internal mobility strategy to identify and develop internal talent pipelines.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Process Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer, ensuring consistency and compliance with hiring policies.
  • Optimise and scale internal referral programs and talent marketplace platforms.
  • Own and continuously improve recruiting KPIs (e.g. time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, internal promotion rate).

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, interview best practices, and selection.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration between People Ops, L&D, and Business Units for seamless internal transitions.
  • Provide regular hiring updates and data-driven insights to leadership.

Tools & Technology

  • Manage and leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to improve process efficiency.
  • Use analytics to inform decision-making and identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel.
  • Help drive AI innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a lead or strategic role.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions.
  • Strong understanding of internal mobility, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms; data-driven decision-making approach.
