We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at NTT DATA UK&I. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on sourcing high-demand talent, has a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and is passionate about building future-focused teams in a Consulting/ SI environment.

As a specialist in Data and Artificial Intelligence recruitment, you will lead hiring initiatives across Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, and related domains. Your impact will extend beyond Data & AI, supporting recruitment across enterprise technology ecosystems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP), consulting talent, and cybersecurity roles—some of the fastest-growing, business-critical areas of our organisation.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting roles, with a strong focus on Data & AI.

• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to design and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.

• Use creative and targeted sourcing methods to attract diverse, high-calibre candidates.

• Build and nurture talent pipelines across Data & AI, ERP/CRM platforms, consulting services, and cybersecurity.

• Provide strategic insights using market intelligence, recruitment analytics, and competitor benchmarking.

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with NTT DATA’s brand and values.

• Stay current on trends in Data, AI, and enterprise technologies to support proactive talent planning.

What experience you\'ll bring:

• Proven experience in recruitment with a strong focus on Data Science, AI/ML, or emerging technologies.

• Familiarity with hiring in ERP (SAP, Dynamics) and CRM (Salesforce) environments is highly desirable.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.

• A proactive and strategic mindset with the agility to work across multiple talent domains.

• A commitment to delivering inclusive hiring practices and promoting a diverse workforce.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
