Role Highlights:

  • Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
  • Source, assess and place top-tier technology talent via proactive search methods
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
  • Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
  • Work cross-functionally with consultants across NearTech and wider 11 Investments brands

You Will Need:

  • 2-4 years experience in Software Engineering recruitment experience
  • Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
  • Exposure to technology markets (ideally software development/engineering)
  • Confidence in negotiation, business development and candidate management
  • A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
