You certainly won’t be cooped up in the office 5 days a week; managing your own diary, you will get out and about meeting new companies. Getting to know clients and candidates is a big part of the role so being inquisitive (or nosey) is definitely a prerequisite. Finding out what motivates individuals to find work and why companies are recruiting will be a large part of making that dream match.

We’ve lots of clever tech to aid you in your journey; you’ll be no stranger to Microsoft Word and Excel as well as being comfortable working with CRM systems. Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving licence is required as you will have access to a pool vehicle.
