Senior Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham Technology

£30,000 - £40,000 + commission!

The Opportunity

A rare and exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Senior Consultant or above to join our award-winning Technology team in the heart of Birmingham, focusing on projects and change.

This position, within the permanent recruitment team, is a Midlands wide role based in our technology hub in Birmingham. You will join an exceptional team of experienced consultants with a wide-ranging network of clients and candidates on which to develop your desk. This established and high performing desk is integral to the team and covers all areas of technology transformation, projects, programmes, PMO and business analysis.

We are keen to speak with experienced recruiters looking to pursue a career within Technology recruitment. This position requires someone with excellent communication and presentation skills, tenacity and the desire to succeed in a senior market.

You will have full responsibility of your own desk, candidates, and clients, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience and industry knowledge, empowering you to learn and grow from the market leaders in recruitment. You will gain experience across a varied range of skills to include:

• Building relationships with clients
• Winning new business within audit, compliance and risk
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for live vacancies
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Developing long-term relationships with candidates
• Matching the best talent to the best career opportunities
• Networking with industry professionals

What you'll need to succeed:

• An interest in recruitment, Technology and relationship building
• Sales or Recruitment experience
• Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment

• A valid driving license
