Location: East & West Midlands (home-based with regional travel)

Responsibilities

• Managing school employer relationships across the region.
• Leading and coaching a team of Account Managers to achieve KPIs.
• Building long-term partnerships with schools to meet recruitment needs.
• Using workforce data to identify hiring trends and opportunities.
• Acting as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders in schools.
• Ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment and training services.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally in schools or education.
• Leadership skills with proven success in managing teams.
• Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills.
• Knowledge of education, skills, or employability sectors.
• Flexible to travel across the Midlands.
