£35,000 base (negotiable) + uncapped commission

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of warm client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Work across high-demand markets including Civil Engineering, New Builds, Power & Renewables, Highways & Rail
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent
• Operate your desk like your own business, supported by an established brand and leadership team

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven recruitment experience (ideally within construction, but strong recruiters from other sectors are welcome)
• Established network of candidates and clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilient, driven, and competitive mindset
• Ambition to build a career, not just a desk
