Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Work across high-demand engineering sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Power, Chemical, and Renewables
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent
• Operate your desk like your own business, backed by a proven brand and extensive support

Key Skills & Experience

• Recruitment experience (ideally within engineering, but strong billers from other sectors are welcome)
• Established network of candidates and clients
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilient, driven, and competitive mindset
• Ambition to build a long-term career in recruitment
