We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Robotics USA team, based in Manchester. Focusing on delivering recruitment and sales solutions across Software & Hardware Engineering roles for fast-growing start-ups and enterprise customers across the United States.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team that has already achieved record-breaking success in billing in 2024 alone, with strong investment and growth plans in place.

Robotics is one of the fastest-growing markets in the USA, and you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence further.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business and build long-term client relationships across the Robotics industry
  • Recruit for mid – senior level Software, Hardware, Product, and Technician positions
  • Work closely with US teams to expand market share.
  • Deliver consistently against billing targets and performance KPIs.
  • Represent the company’s culture of high achievement, collaboration, and growth mindset.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience (minimum), ideally in Technology, Engineering, or Robotics markets.
  • Proven 360 recruitment success with a strong track record of billing and new business wins.
  • Results-driven with a growth mindset and history of high performance.
  • A collaborative and ambitious consultant with high-performance values.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with or recruiting into the US market.
  • Exposure to Robotics, Software, or Hardware Engineering recruitment.
