Senior Sales Enablement Manager – Canva

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead high-impact enablement initiatives that empower Canva’s go-to-market teams across the region. Partnering closely with the Head of EMEA and regional Sales Leaders, you’ll design and deliver programs that accelerate ramp, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth. This role is highly cross-functional, reporting to the Head of GTM Enablement, and you’ll work with Product Marketing and RevOps to translate strategy into execution at scale. You’ll ensure our sellers across EMEA are equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Where and How You Can Work

The Canva London campus is in Hoxton Square, Shoreditch. While our global headquarters is in Sydney, London is our HQ for Europe with teams across the region. You’ll have flexibility in where and how you work while enjoying Canva’s culture and environment.

What You’d Be Doing In This Role

You’ll lead enablement initiatives that empower Canva’s go-to-market teams across the region. Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of EMEA and regional leadership, aligning enablement to business priorities.
  • Translate sales strategy into enablement programs that drive execution across multiple segments and geographies.
  • Collaborate with global enablement peers to ensure consistency while adapting to EMEA needs.

Program Design & Execution

  • Own onboarding and ongoing development programs that accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Build and launch sales playbooks, training, and certifications for key motions (prospecting, QBRs, negotiations, renewal/expansion).
  • Deliver impactful workshops and training sessions (virtual and in-person) tailored to EMEA audiences.

Coaching & Activation

  • Equip frontline leaders with frameworks and toolkits to coach effectively.
  • Lead enablement activations such as sales blitzes, campaign-based coaching, and product launch readiness.
  • Drive adoption of best practices across sales motions, ensuring consistency and scale.

Measurement & Operational Excellence

  • Leverage tools like Canva, Salesforce, Gong, Guru, and WorkRamp to deliver and track enablement programs.
  • Report on KPIs in partnership with Ops (ramp time, pipeline generation, win rates) and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and evolve a central library of enablement content and resources.

You're Probably a Match If

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement and/or GTM program management, with a background in quota-carrying roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that improve ramp, productivity, or win rates.
  • Demonstrable experience influencing senior sales leaders.
  • Fluent in modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, Challenger, MEDDICC) and experience coaching to them.
  • Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills across virtual and in-person settings.
  • Comfortable working across diverse cultures and geographies in EMEA.
  • Data-driven mindset with skills in analysing sales performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments and is passionate about helping teams succeed.
