TechOhana has collaborated with a flourishing telecommunications end user who is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team of highly talented Salesforce specialists. This team includes an experienced CTO, a Salesforce Product Owner and a junior Salesforce Administrator, providing opportunities to develop your career within this team.

You will be working on the Sales & Service Cloud platform. Your main responsibilities will include configuring the new org using Flows, creating Reports and Dashboards for senior leadership, and helping design the roadmap for future advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Configure the Salesforce org using Flows and other automation tools
• Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards for senior leadership
• Assist in designing and roadmap for future Salesforce advancements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
• Hands-on experience with configurations and automations (e.g., Flows)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data migration
• Ability to gather requirements from senior stakeholders
• Exposure to the core Salesforce Clouds
