We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager who is not just adept at navigating the ever-evolving landscape of search engines but thrives on it. Search Engine Optimisation forms an integral part of TUI’s digital strategy, and the Senior SEO Manager plays a pivotal role in improving our online presence and growing our organic traffic. In this role you will be developing and future proofing our SEO strategy, leading a team of 4 SEO specialists and managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

About The Job
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives organic growth across both traditional and emerging AI-powered search platforms.
- Inspire and mentor the SEO team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative knowledge sharing.
- Own the relationship with our SEO agency, establishing clear processes and ways of working to maximise value and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders to ensure SEO priorities are understood, supported, and embedded across the business.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, innovations, and algorithm updates, applying insights to continuously improve performance and test new approaches.
- Define and track SEO objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with TUI’s broader business goals and digital strategy.
- Champion SEO across the organisation, sharing insights, driving awareness, and evaluating the impact of initiatives to inform future direction.
- Act as the SEO subject matter expert for Product Development teams, ensuring SEO is integrated into product planning and delivery.
- Partner with Group SEO teams to shape and deliver long-term growth plans, ensuring alignment and knowledge exchange across markets.
About You
- Proven experience leading SEO teams, with a strong track record of developing and delivering impactful, data-driven SEO strategies.
- Deep technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and performance optimisation.
- Advanced proficiency in search data platforms such as SEMrush, Botify, or equivalent tools, with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of solving complex problems while maintaining attention to detail and balancing short- and long-term priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Proactive and curious learner, passionate about staying ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies.
- Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to align SEO initiatives to broader business goals and drive measurable impact.
