Position: Senior Service Delivery Analyst. Team: IS Service Delivery. Location: Portsmouth with hybrid working available.

The role is part of the University of Portsmouth’s IS Service Delivery team. You will be the go-to expert for delivering top-tier IT support across the university, via phone, remote access, or deskside assistance, solving problems, empowering users, and keeping the digital ecosystem running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing expert support across a wide range of IT systems and services.
  • Leading ITIL-aligned processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions and inductions for staff and students.
  • Supporting high-impact digital initiatives as part of the Digital Masterplan.
