The University of Portsmouth’s IS Service Delivery Team is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Service Delivery Analyst to join our friendly, collaborative crew. You’ll be the go‑to expert for delivering top‑tier IT support across the university, whether it’s via phone, remote access, or deskside assistance, solving problems, empowering users, and keeping our digital ecosystem running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert support across a wide range of IT systems and services.
• Leading the ITIL‑aligned processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Delivering engaging training sessions and inductions for staff and students.
• Supporting high‑impact digital initiatives as part of our ambitious Digital Masterplan.

Location

Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
