Responsibilities

  • Strategise how our digital landscape evolves, crafting future‑ready experiences that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Design intuitive digital products that make even the most complex scenarios feel effortless, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
  • Share your design wisdom through coaching, championing Design Thinking, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value while meeting legal and regulatory needs.
  • Shaped and optimised digital services from the ground up, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Built roadmaps and customer journey frameworks that guide organisations toward smarter, more user‑focused digital experiences.
  • The know how to conduct and communicate user and channel research, turning data into design magic that stakeholders love.
  • Confidence with concepting, wireframes, and design specs, and you know how to make complex services feel beautifully simple.
  • Applied user‑centred design methods like Google Sprint, Design Thinking, and WCAG to create accessible, impactful solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Financial Services sector (not essential but great).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing practices and techniques.
