Salary: Up to £100k + 10% bonus + £6k car allowance

Location: Hybrid (Wolverhampton with some travel)

What we’re looking for (Qualifications)

• Direct sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment — this is essential.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• A track record of delivering results in complex, multi-site environments.
• The ability to build supplier partnerships that balance cost, quality and sustainability.
• Technical understanding (such as reading drawings) would be helpful, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
