Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (FTC) – Hybrid

Reporting to our Talent Director, you will be responsible for managing headcount plans, defining the best methodologies for hiring as well as developing and steering our TA team to ensure the success of the team and our scaling business.

This is a commercial and strategic managerial role – but still, very much a position where you roll your sleeves up and take a hands-on approach to deliver world-class talent, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth.
  • Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Create and maintain strategic talent pipelines to plan for future hiring needs, focusing on connecting with passive candidates, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Developing & analysing our recruitment metrics, and using your knowledge, market insights, numbers and analysis to continually refine & improve the talent acquisition process across the whole organisation.
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics, and candidate and manager satisfaction.
  • Leading and inspiring the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement by setting clear goals and giving regular feedback.
  • Enhancing and promoting Flagstone’s employer brand through strategic initiatives and campaigns, developing compelling content to attract top talent and showcase our unique culture.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams, along with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • A blend of strategic and forward-thinking approach, with an ability to focus relentlessly on priorities, and deliver extraordinary and sustainable results.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing a high-performing team of TA Partners, inspiring them to achieve our hiring goals.
  • Proven experience in running recruitment marketing campaigns and building and growing employer brands.
  • Exceptional networking skills to build relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and external partners.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve hiring strategies, with the ability to influence using data as a lever.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment and creating an inclusive work environment.
  • Experience working with changing priorities and ambiguity delivering through others towards a common agenda.
  • Being courageous, creative and focused, and have the flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and market conditions.
