We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Eurostar's UK HR Operations team. This is a stand-alone role in the UK and a key member of our global Talent Acquisition function, working closely with colleagues across Eurostar's international offices and the UK HRBP team. You'll take the lead on the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, managing campaigns from entry-level through to senior management and executive search. As a Senior TA Specialist, you'll work at pace, influence stakeholders, and help shape a forward-thinking, customer-centric, and data-driven talent acquisition function. This is a permanent role based at our Kings Place Office with hybrid working. Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, build pipelines, and deliver recruitment solutions that drive business growth.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns for both volume and specialist roles across engineering, operations, customer service, and head office functions.
  • Deliver senior-level hiring and executive search, ensuring inclusive and values-driven processes.
  • Optimise use of the ATS and recruitment technology, reporting on KPIs and trends to shape decision-making.
  • Strengthen our employer brand through digital campaigns, partnerships, and talent pooling.
  • Coach and upskill line managers on recruitment best practice, compliance, and candidate experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to deliver brand-aligned, seamless recruitment.
  • Work with DEI colleagues to ensure recruitment practices are inclusive and accessible.
  • Champion continuous improvement, streamlining processes and enhancing the candidate journey.

Qualifications

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a related field or equivalent work-based experience.
  • Substantial recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to unionised environments (rail industry knowledge desirable).
  • Advanced experience in: 360 recruitment, client engagement, and campaign management, executive search and senior manager hiring.
  • ATS usage, reporting, and recruitment data insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience (e.g. HRBPs, HR Ops, Marketing).
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of DEI in recruitment, visa/sponsorship processes, and UK compliance.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional, committed to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Conversational French or bilingual English/French desirable.
