Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Street Group. 12-month FTC (with the possibility of permanent) during a period of high growth. Based in Manchester with flexible working options.

Street Group is a PropTech company focused on improving the property industry through technology. Our Talent team aims to be brand ambassadors and highly efficient at identifying people who’ll thrive here while managing multiple priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Hiring exceptional people.
  • Sourcing, screening and scheduling at pace.
  • Knowledge sharing with the existing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Getting to know the business, products and teams inside out.
  • Building strong relationships with teams, managing stakeholders, ensuring hiring processes are followed, and providing feedback to hiring teams when needed.

What we’re looking for

  • You’re an experienced recruiter with a track record of delivering consistently.
  • You’re passionate about feedback and providing a great candidate experience.
  • You’ve worked in-house in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, and are happy recruiting for either GTM or tech roles.
  • You understand the importance of hiring the right people, not just filling seats.
  • You have a growth mindset and are excited about making a massive impact on an incredible business.

Salary: £40,000–£50,000, dependent on experience. If you are outside this range but feel you’re the right fit, please apply and note your expectations.
