Overview

SENIOR TAX MANAGER role at Divers Academy International in North Manchester. This position offers flexible hybrid working, a salary negotiable by experience, and a pension scheme.

Responsibilities

  • You will deliver tax advisory work including tax planning, advising on the acquisition and disposal of businesses and properties, international expansion and reorganisations, demergers, share option schemes, IHT/Estate Planning, MBOs and succession planning.
  • Deal with HMRC enquiries and investigations, including report writing, financial analysis and technical research.
  • Provide a technical resource to smaller associated firms by phone or email support service.
  • Support the management, training and development of the tax team.
  • Take responsibility for operational aspects of the corporate tax compliance process and support team members with more complex corporation tax issues.
