Meet the team behind this journey

We’re seeking a result-driven and experienced Technical Program Manager to accelerate product delivery by planning and executing major initiatives, including technical and non-technical projects. You will partner with product, research, engineering, analytics, design, security, and go-to-market teams to maximize collaboration on program goals in a diverse, trust-based environment.

You will need excellent problem-solving, goal-oriented, business-oriented, project management, and interpersonal skills. The role requires influencing business decisions through quantitative and qualitative insights to continually optimize product development in partnership with product operations managers.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan programs with timelines and milestones in place.
• Align responsible people around goals, scope, quality, and deadlines within the program.
• Define and mitigate risks.
• Resolve obstacles and ensure efficient and timely execution.
• Ensure execution transparency for all stakeholders.
• Pursue standards and artifacts for program/project management across the company.

Qualities we look for

• 4+ years of experience as a project manager/delivery manager in a tech company
• At least 1 year of experience as a Program Manager in a tech company
• Technical education (computer science or similar)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP certificate is a plus)
• Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle from conception to delivery
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to structure and simplify information
• Exceptional execution skills
• High EQ and ability to build trust and relationships across diverse teams
