Senior Urban Designer

A highly-regarded, multidisciplinary architectural, construction & design practice is looking for an experienced Urban Designer to join its growing team based in its lovely offices in Farringdon, London.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with support from team leader, manage meetings and carry out presentations
• Coordinate and liaise with sub-consultants
• Work on suburban masterplanning, town regenerations, and new communities, along with producing frameworks, masterplans and visions
• Production of land budgets and proving layouts with schedule of accommodations
• Production of documents: Design Access Statements, Design Codes, Vision and Frameworks

Qualifications

• Good graphic skills including Adobe package, AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Minimum 5 years of urban design experience

• £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
