Senior User Experience Researcher (Bangkok-based, Relocation provided) Senior User Experience Researchers own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects, and consistently achieve research outputs needed by Product teams to inform strategic decisions. The research findings inform product design, user experience, product direction, and market strategy.

Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze and communicate research Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, usability testing, etc.) Experience with quantitative research (metrics, surveys, sampling, cross-tabs, statistical concepts) Experience negotiating with external research vendors Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative data Demonstrated critical thinking beyond business requests Excellent storytelling and communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders (English) Enjoy collaborative, data-driven, creative work
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end research activities: define objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication Demonstrate independent operation across research tasks Drive core research outputs used by product teams to inform design and strategy
