Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join Isio Wealth Planning as a Senior Wealth Adviser. You will work with high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, leveraging an extensive network of introducers and a proven track record of growing a book of clients. This role involves delivering holistic financial planning, wealth consulting and strong client service within a commercially minded and entrepreneurial team.

Responsibilities

• Engage and grow a book of clients through your external network.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to develop relationships and introductions to clients.
• Provide exceptional advice and service to clients in initial and ongoing engagements.
• Support growth by advising and servicing both new and existing clients.
• Enhance Isio Wealth Planning’s profile and credibility internally and externally.
• Contribute to the growth aspirations of the business and ensure advice is compliant and of high standard.

Key Skills & Experience

• Chartered status, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Wealth Adviser.
• Proven ability to build and maintain an HNW client base through internal and external networks.
• Experience delivering a wide range of holistic financial advice.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Well-established external introducer network and a reputation for excellence in client service.
• Presence and credibility to build trust in both one-on-one and group settings.

Location and Working Style

You can be based in any of our nationwide offices. We operate a hybrid workstyle with an expectation of a couple of days from home per week.
