YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Workday Consultant, you will work closely with client teams to lead functional areas, define project scope, and deliver tailored Workday solutions.

• You will be a key team member, implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global clients, building relationships to understand their needs.
• You will coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
• You may be involved in all phases of a Workday HCM implementation, from proposal to support, taking roles such as Functional Lead, Analyst, Solution Designer, Tester, or Trainer.
• Your participation in projects can lead to the development of our service offerings and growth of our business.
• A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events.

YOUR PROFILE

• Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management.
• Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Ability to challenge and design HR solutions aligned with client expectations.
• Skills to translate client requirements into configuration options.
• Ability to advise on solution evolution during implementation.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, creating design documents, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training.
• Proven project experience and ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with at least 10 complete Workday project cycles is advantageous.
• Workday Core HCM certification is required.
